The bizarre prosecution theory that water instead of diluting blood and spreading it around, could “pool it together”. This is absolute nonsense.
See this video, around 1 hour and 18 minutes in ( Testimony starts at 52 minutes in ) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3gIeItjLPYU
Q: What are we looking at there?
A: That is a large accumulation of blood.
Q: And how was that blood left there?
A: One of two ways. The likely option is that a blood source was in one position allowing it to drip down and collect in that area.
The other being I cannot account for all the situations with water.
How water and this tile would pool it together, but I cannot totally dismiss that water activity deposited it there.
This is nonsense. Water dilutes blood, it cannot concentrate blood into a compact deposit of blood.
The suggestion that water magically created this pool of blood is just stupid and evil in the extreme. Martinez wants that, because Jodi’s account agrees with a pool of blood being here ( formed just after Travis is accidentally shot ), whereas Martinez cannot explain this blood pool at all, so he gets his witness to say it could have got there by magic. This is just SO unfair and unscientific. We have Jodi’s life on the line, and a so-called expert witness is spouting nonsense, to support Martinez’ nonsense theory.
