On 29th September 2014, a retrial of the penalty phase commenced. The defense can in principle only argue mitigation factors, however the State presented a full case, and new testimony has served to further undermine the State’s very weak case, which has now all but collapsed. On 5th March 2015, a mistrial was declared after the jury could not agree, taking the death penalty off the table.

If it was your son you would not be defending her. Better yet if it was a male that killed a female. You would not be defending him.
She is gulity. What you are doing is encouraging her to believe her lies.
I would want a fair trial and justice. Neither has happened here, in my view.
