Jodi sentenced to life in prison

Jodi Arias has now been sentenced to life in prison after a ridiculous and unjust circus trial, and the appeal process can at last commence.

( Sandy speaks at  51:30, Jodi speaks at 56 minutes, the judge speaks at 1:17:50  )

That a woman so patently innocent can be convicted of murder is not unprecedented, you only have to look back at the convictions of Amanda Knox, Debra Milke and Hannah Overton.

That so many people can be so easily fooled is not unusual either.

All we can do is shake our heads at such folly.

“Men, it has been well said, think in herds; it will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one.” — Charles Mackay

  1. The appeals process will be void with her statement about Travis being alive and conscious when she slit his throat ( Thank Sheriff Joe for breaking her by restricting her commissary and communications)

She was not wrongfully convicted, unless you call the rouge juror coming in and gaining her the wrongful conviction of Life

    1. That’s nonsense. The defense case is self-defense, of course Travis was alive when Jodi killed in the defense case. Your comment makes zero sense.

Jodi has recovered a memory she didn’t have at the first trial, she wanted to get it on the record, that’s all.
